This AI / Human Oversight Notice explains how TalentFora.in uses artificial intelligence ("AI"), automated processing technologies, and related tools within the Platform.
This Notice should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable Platform policies.
TalentFora.in is committed to the responsible use of AI and seeks to ensure that AI-assisted functionality supports, rather than replaces, human judgment and decision-making.
1. AI-Assisted Screening
TalentFora.in uses artificial intelligence and automated processes to help analyze CVs, resumes, job descriptions, and related candidate information.
The Platform may generate candidate rankings, scores, summaries, skill matches, recommendations, insights, and other recruitment-related outputs.
The Platform is designed to support recruitment workflows by identifying patterns, similarities, and potential matches based on information provided by users.
Where personal data is processed through AI-assisted functionality, such processing is subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDPA"), and the Softfoora Services Private Limited Privacy Policy.
2. Assistive Tool Only
TalentFora.in is an assistive tool only.
The Platform does not make hiring, rejection, shortlisting, employment, promotion, compensation, assessment or other employment-related decisions.
AI-generated outputs are intended solely as recommendations and decision-support information.
AI-generated outputs do not constitute factual determinations regarding an individual's qualifications, suitability, integrity, competence, future performance, employability, or fitness for any role.
3. Human Review Required
All Platform outputs must be reviewed by a human before being used in any recruitment or employment process.
Employers, recruiters, and hiring teams remain responsible for applying their own judgment and making final decisions.
Human reviewers should assess AI-generated outputs alongside other relevant information and should not rely solely on AI recommendations when making decisions affecting individuals.
Human reviewers should investigate, verify, and where appropriate override AI-generated outputs that appear inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, inconsistent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
4. No Solely Automated Decisions
Users must not make decisions affecting candidates solely on the basis of TalentFora.in AI-generated outputs.
This includes decisions to reject, shortlist, rank, hire, or otherwise evaluate a candidate.
Users must not make decisions having legal, employment-related, financial, reputational, or similarly significant effects on an individual solely on the basis of Platform-generated AI outputs.
5. Limits of AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, biased, outdated, or affected by the quality, completeness, relevance, or accuracy of information provided to the Platform.
AI systems operate using statistical, predictive, and probabilistic methods and may not always produce correct or reliable results.
AI systems may reflect limitations, biases, assumptions, correlations, historical patterns, or inaccuracies present in underlying data, training methodologies, user inputs, or model design.
TalentFora.in does not guarantee that the Platform will identify the best candidate, produce error-free results, eliminate bias, or lead to any particular hiring or recruitment outcome.
Users should independently evaluate all AI-generated outputs and should not treat such outputs as definitive or conclusive.
6. Employer Responsibility
Employers, recruiters, and hiring teams are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable employment, labour, anti-discrimination, equality, privacy, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Users remain responsible for obtaining any notices, permissions, consents, disclosures, or lawful grounds required for the collection and processing of candidate information.
Users must not use the Platform or its outputs to unlawfully discriminate against individuals on the basis of caste, religion, race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, nationality, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.
TalentFora.in encourages employers to provide appropriate transparency to candidates regarding the use of AI-assisted recruitment tools where required by applicable law, internal policies, or contractual obligations.
7. Responsible AI Use
TalentFora.in seeks to design, deploy, and operate AI-assisted functionality responsibly and transparently.
TalentFora.in does not represent AI-generated outputs as infallible, guaranteed, free from bias, or suitable for use without human review.
TalentFora.in may periodically review, modify, improve, retrain, update, replace, or discontinue AI models, methodologies, and features to improve functionality, security, reliability, compliance, or user experience.
8. Monitoring, Logging and Compliance
TalentFora.in may maintain records, audit logs, monitoring information, system logs, access records, and operational data relating to Platform usage, AI-assisted processing, security controls, compliance activities, and system performance.
Such records may be retained for security, compliance, audit, dispute resolution, legal, regulatory, operational, or cybersecurity purposes, including compliance with applicable CERT-In requirements.
Where required by law, TalentFora.in may cooperate with regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, government authorities, and competent bodies in relation to investigations, legal requests, or regulatory obligations.
